Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience with CRM software and tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to work on-site in our Philippine office
