Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or energy services industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
