Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong knowledge of airfreight operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Philippines with occasional remote work
