Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or transportation company
- Strong knowledge of airfreight import procedures and regulations in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
