Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
