Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
