About This Role

The Customer Service Executive must be a communicative, analytical and creative team player who can address customers' issues effectively and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations related to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
