Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
