Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service leadership or management
- Proven track record of team management and performance improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop data-driven insights
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
