Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management in a BPO or logistics company
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a team of 5-10 customer service representatives
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
