Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer service teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and improve processes
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
