Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and develop solutions
