Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing team members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
