Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction ratings and reducing churn rates
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a team of customer service representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and ticketing tools
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop data-driven insights to inform customer service strategies
- Familiarity with the Singapore market and customer preferences is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
