Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with international clients or customers is an advantage
