Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with international clients or customers is an advantage
