Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Knowledge of banking products and services, preferably with BPI
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in Manila, National Capital Region
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
