About This Role
This is a 6-month temporary contract role. Role summary: To manage order entry on timely manner with complete accuracy as order entry is the initiating activity for the complete supply chain process. Initiates and implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore with occasional travel to other locations
