Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools
• Basic knowledge of Singapore's business environment and culture
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, Philippines
