Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a global context
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education or training in a related field a plus
