Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
