Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
