Job Title: Remote Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Anywhere in the Philippines Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 5 USD per hr Job Summary: As we continue to steadily develop, we are looking to add a member to our small corporate team. We consider the ideal candidate to be a self-starter who possesses the right attitude to fit into a dynamic business environment such as ours. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be required to provide memorable service to our growing base of customers. This is a contractual position. The ideal candidate for this role will turn into a long-term position given the need and fit with the company. Role & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Be the primary agent for servicing all subscription-based customers Answer, screen, and follow up with incoming calls, emails, and live chats Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Work with existing database of customers and new customers Drive administrative systems and technology Support other team members as needed Qualifications Must possess positive and flexible attitude Have strong verbal and written communication skills Ability and preference to work independently with minimum supervision Be comfortable with and/or learning various applications and systems Capable of working on multiple tasks with various deadlines simultaneously Previous customer service, outbound sales and/or call center experience is considered an asset Capable to work on a graveyard shift.  Job Duties Answer incoming customer inquiries Record and modify customer information within the database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies About 1840 & Company1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, but a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
