Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy or related industries
- Ability to work on-site in the Philippines
