Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
