Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
