About This Role
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue. Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Flexibility to work on-site in Singapore, Philippines
