Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on-site in our Philippine office
