Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service or a related field
