Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience with handling customer complaints and issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR principles
