Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Flexibility to work on-site in the Philippines, with occasional remote work arrangements
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college education preferred
