Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or team leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
