Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Ability to work on-site in the Philippines and adapt to a dynamic work environment
