About This Role

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule
