About This Role

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotation schedule
