Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
