Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management software
- Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations regarding consumer protection
