Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and Filipino languages (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and travel occasionally
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
