Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Communications, or Psychology) preferred
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
