Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technologies, including CRM software and social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
