Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Experience with process improvement and quality management
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
