Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail customer service or operations management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with retail operations software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
