Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail customer service or operations management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with retail operations software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
