Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or operations management in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop data-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other retail technology platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
