Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong focus on grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and senior team members
