Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and resolving customer complaints
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to explain and promote them to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
