Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in retail and consumer banking
• Ability to work in a cash-handling environment and maintain confidentiality of customer information
