Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a banking or financial services industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer segments
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of banking and financial products, with the ability to promote and sell these products to customers
