Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and other banking software
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
• Ability to speak and write in English and Filipino
