Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management or customer service roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and resolving customer complaints
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
